As Head of Corporate Technology for LATAM Region at WeWork, he led IT teams to build a world-class Corporate IT organization from ~100 employees in 2 countries to ~1500 employees in 8 countries in less than 2 years, by driving day-to-day execution of critical Corporate Technology initiatives and bringing big-picture thinking and hands-on delivery of solutions.
Previous to joining WeWork, German worked as IT Director for LATAM Region at JAS Forwarding Worldwide, scaling the LATAM region to grow from ~150 employees in 4 countries to ~2000 employees in 43 cities in 17 countries in less than 8 years.
