As a highly experienced product leader at one the country’s largest telecom carriers,  Jonathan specializes in chatbot/voicebot conversation AI design and product management, always prioritizing a user-centered approach. He thoroughly researches and interviews to identify needs and pain points, and ideates solutions while analyzing use cases to ensure the best user experience in real-world environments. Being a leader and planner of natural language chatbot/voicebot AI projects, Jonathan leverages his extensive data analytics expertise to improve AI models. Previously, he served as a Conversation Designer/QA Engineer, contributing to over 20 conversational feature launches across the US, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. With a strong focus on data-driven results, he optimized the virtual assistant’s conversational experience and enhanced its AI Natural Language Understanding (NLU) model.
