Susana Sierra is the CEO of BH Compliance which utilizes a technology platform to assess the effectiveness of corporate compliance programs, uncovering any potential gaps and generating blockchain-based evidence to ensure processes for preventing economic crimes are adequately defined and implemented.
Susana is recognized in the compliance industry and beyond, most notably as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum, for her work and professional experience. Susana currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce and is the former President of the Chilean Chapter of Transparency International. From 2017 to 2022, she served on the board of Correos de Chile SA. She is co-author of Corrupción a la carta, a book that describes common bad practices in Latin America based on interviews with several former LatAm heads of state such as Eduardo Frei, Ricardo Lagos, Sebastián Piñera and Michelle Bachelet.
She created and co-directed the compliance diploma courses at the Catholic University of Chile and lectures at various universities worldwide, while continuing to instruct as a part-time professor for the Business Administration and MBA programs.
